GIC confirmation

HI guys ,I transfered my funds to Scotiabank on Nov 10
and the funds has reached to Scotiabank on Nov 12
Until now Nov 17 I still didnt get the Confirmation yet from the bank
Can anyone tell me normally when I can receive my GIC certificate
