I want GIC for my study permit - it's urgent

i applied to CIBC bank and they sent me an instruction details.

So my question is -

Can i pay online via NEFT from my bank and then sent A2 form to isbo.,is it necessary to fill that Declaration (Under FEMA 1999) for the past international transaction history, and under the LRS they already mentioned yes with purpose code.

in neft details will be:

Beneficiary Name : Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce Beneficiary
Account Number : 2220XXXXXXX
Beneficiary Address : 595 Bay Street, 7th Floor, Toronto, ON M5G 2M8
Beneficiary Bank Name & Branch : Standard Chartered Bank Mumbai
Beneficiary Bank IFSC Code : SCBL0036001

I think you only have to mention whether you have made any international transactions in the last 6 months. You should mention if you have. RTGS or NEFT which ever is possible for you, do it. And then send the A2 form on the same day itself to their email id.
