I've called and they people are saying that they haven't received any fund from me but my bank has transferred GIC fron my account and also gave me aa swift copy.Call on their helpline number.

Why they give wrong information? I mean in which casesNo. This can only happen in two ways, either the scotia bank people are giving you wrong information or the bank has not correctly filled the details like account no. Etc.
