I transfer funds on 10th june. But bank is saying they didnt recieve any money yet? Can anybody knows where is the money then?

I have swift message which shows bank transfer CAD 10,100 novascotia bank. One doubt is in my mind.. My charges extra 1734 rupees alongwith CAD 10,100. Is that nova scotia bank should recieve full 10,100 or some deducted? Either it may be the reason that bank not recieved full money or what?
