I have done my payment of GIC on 25th sep, yet to receive the Gic certificate.Its already been 14 days.

login to your GIC account and therewill be something called 'Investment letter'.pdf which is basically the GIC certificate.

login with the credentials you used while opening GIC. read the emails from the bank during initiating a GIC and after transferring funds. Everything will be clearly written in the emails.
