Gic certificate not received yet

I transferd funds on 8 th june nd now its 17 th june bt didnt get the gic certificate....anyone here who transfer funds on same date nd received gic certificate?????

I transferred on 8th June and i received my GIC certificate on 15thJune.

a week before i just fill up the gic forum and after a week i got
my gic account number for wire tranfer through india but
yesterday i checked my forum and i see that i have written a
wrong account number of my bank . so please guide me what
should i do please help
