GIC certificate doubt?

Hi am Gagan . I have got LOA from durham college for Information security and networking program for Sep 2014 intake. I would pay the tution fee by this week and as i have read in this forum ppl are like "waiting for GIC certificate" and all so how long does it take to get GIC certificate after paying for GIC ????

And one more qstn i am arranging the money till now so i will pay my 1sem fees and i will pay for GIC also so i will be eligible to apply for VISA so for VISA do i have to show the remaining amount of fees for 2nd sem in my bank account or is it fine if i apply as i have paid 1st sem fees..???

yes gic certificate will take time .. nearby 10 -15 days ...

one of my friend paid gic on 11 june but havent received gic certificate yet.......

u will need to show 2nd sem fees,

in my case, GIC account was opening in 5 working days and GIC certificate was given in 3 working days after transferring money. I did not send the transfer receipt to anyone, I strictly followed Program Guide issued by Scotia Bank.

Many forum members have different experiences which were not so pleasant.
