GIC BEFORE letter of acceptance?

Is GIC connected to course/college....is it mentioned anywhere on the certificate?




I'm asking this, because I have LOA from one college however I am waiting for the other college's letter of acceptance , can I apply for GIC with the 1st LOA?

I ask this because its getting late....

Can I use the 1st loa for gic and then use that GIC for the new college/course for which I am waiting for?
