I paid my GIC today and the swift message I received from the bank has my passport and beneficiary address as same, but the one I put in GIC Scotia Bank Application is different from the passport and beneficiary address. Will my GIC be rejected ? and if so, should I mail them for rectifying the details in the application?

Based on my experience, the address doesn't really matter anyway.

So should I just wait for the GIC confirmation from Scotia Bank and then see?
Yes. Personal address doesn’t matter, but other information you input (account number, cc code, swift code, bank address, etc.) should be consistent with the payment instruction.
