i applied on 1 got account no. today will make payment tomorrow. hope they send me gic certificate quickly.

seems to work for me , coz i sent them email on a friday 9th Nov and got account number on Monday 12th

Hi,

I applied to GIC first on Nov 8th, but they replied tat my passport copies are not clear so i resent on 12th Nov (four days passed as of today).. :'( but still i dint get any wire transfer details.and from the topics here i earnt from others tat it takes nearly 10 days to get the GIC..i dnt think i have much time left for filing visa application..pls suggest if i can continue wit GIC or go for education loan using FD .. :(
 
@ geetha it is gamble to wait for GIC at this moment which can work in either way. I am only waiting for it till 20 Nov then only option left is to go with loan.
U applying to college or university?

okay good, no problem. I sit for IELTS just to be on safe side, you don't know ur luck like it happened with GIC
 
what are the document going 2 submit for visa ? Kindly list out :o
 
doing as per checklist. but I have a doubt that do we need to show ITRs and J Forms, these documents are not mentioned on any of the checklist.
 
Im going 2 submit following documents

1. Offer Letter ( Unconditional offer Letter )

2. Education Certificate (10, 12 , Bsc, MCA ...Notarized)

3. 1 Yrs Tuition Fee paid Receipt

4. Loan or GIC (Most probably GIC)

5. Dad Account statement & Salary Slip & Form 16 (ITR)

6. My account Statement & Salary Slip & Form 16

7. Experience Certificate ( 3 Years )

8. sister Bank statement & salary slip & Form 16 ;)

hey raja i got admission in sheridan college for Manufacturing management...yes, i wil also wait til monday..else will have to go for loan. But am afraid if they may reject visa cos their preferred option is GIC for living exp..:( did anyone get visa showin loan ??
