it takes 10 days in the present scenario ,, i applied on 21st june and got the details on 9th july .... and i transferred the funds on 9th .. but still dint got the certificate ...

in ur case ,,, u may get it 16th or 17th .... ( its just an estimation of working days )

actually my consultant person has done this for me...she has mailed to newaccount@scotiabank.ca but later i came to know that it is newaccount@scotiabank.com...are they both the same ? please tell me...so that is why i havent got any conformation message

I don't think there is a last date to wire transfer funds in your account. But there sure is a last date to apply for visa and that is before 1st of August. So you'll have to wire transfer your funds before this date and also give the bank some time to send you the GIC Certificate, failing which you won't be able to apply for a visa.
