GIC account Basics ( where to SIGN )

hey guys , I have to send mail for opening of GIC a/c scotia bank . Now, I have filled in the form and attached evrything, I am confused do I have to sign every page (form +passport copies + acceptance letter ) or only passport's copies ...plz help ...urgent

I guess the form will ask you to sign somwhere , moreover u need to sign every single passport page as well .

Acceptance letter can be left as it is .
