GIC account at Scotia Bank ——help!

I filled an online application form to open GIC account in Scotia bank.
I did not send the application form (computorised) with other documents in a single PDF file with application form passport and offer letter.
I have recieved the new investment account number.
Do I still have to send the pdf file at the mail id- newaccountsonline@scotia bank??

There is one new column "Canadian Visa / Landing Document Number"
I have no idea what to fill in this column. Please advise.
