Ghost updates new Tracker

Hi, y'all! Just wanted to share a weird update I got on my tracker. After more than 2 months of waiting, I received an update saying "We received your enquiry". Just that. Is that a GU? Has anybody else received this at any point during their process?
Did you send a webform ?
I got that message whenever I send a webform (like the CSQ AOR or certificate I sent).
Here's my timeline:
Family sponsorship, Inland spouse, Mississauga VO
Application mailed: July 7, 2022
AOR: July 25, 2022
Biometrics complete: August 30,2022
Medical exam complete: Sept 7, 2022
Eligibility complete: Sept 12, 2022
Pre-arrival letter: Sept 13, 2022
Background check: October 18, 2022 (In progress) to July 24, 2023 (Complete)
The last ghost update April 19, 2023
Portal email: July 27, 2023
Portal login credentials: waiting

The background check went from October 2022 to July 2023??? Did you marry an international spy or smt?

Hahah you know you’re not far from the truth probably. I lived and worked in three different provinces in Canada, travelled internationally a lot, and my citizenship is a bad reputation. So yeah, the application got stuck at CBSA. Had to have MP involved.
Hi, I have a ghost update in tracker on August 4th, not sure what it is about, maybe regarding my order of gcms notes.

Nothing, yet, my friend. Full 9 months and 3 days of processing time. No updates since May 18th (almost 3 months of silence).
This is very normal though. I had around 5 months of silence. But a storm is coming!
I'm sorry but that's not normal. Maybe it was a year ago, but currently the average processing time is of 5 months. I have two friends who studied French with me (and received their AOR a week before mine) that had their applications concluded in 88 days. The worst in it all is there's nothing I can do about. Phone calls and webforms are useless, GCMS notes are also delayed... The last hope is contacting MPs but even for that, I'm not in Canada, they'll never take me seriously.
Sorry to hear about that but I can tell you MPs can do nothing
