I am sorry to hear that, this whole process is absolutely awful. That being said, apply for the notes again. I don't understand how they work but mine came in 30 days exactly. If you need to upload a consent form, double-check it again and make sure it's signed etc

Unfortunately I did apply for my notes again in July. Still nothing. This whole process sucks. I'm starting to think of conspiracy theories now seeing as we have been in background for so long and they won't even give me my notes

Stay safe! I keep seeing videos from Iran, and I am with all of you spiritually. Living in a free country sometimes I take for granted the good things life has handed to me. I hope something good comes out of this protest!
