ghost 'updated' after submitting documents through CSE

Hi guys,

I submitted some documents (not requested by IRCC) through CSE in the early morning yesterday. Then very late in the evening, my profile showed 'updated' with no change on my detailed status page. Is this ghost update due to the documents submitted? Anybody seen this before?

I remembered previously when I submitted my renewed passport through CSE there was not a ghost update.

Can you please share your timeline and your category? and how many days after your ghost update you've received the Golden Mail?
I have also received a ghost update and very anxious about it.

My case might not be too helpful though. It didn't follow the common path.
AOR March 25th 2017
Medical passed May 25th 2017
Ip2 June 25th 2017
I had 9 ADR requests in total and also submitted 2 CSE documents. The last ADR request I responded was Jan 30 2018.
ADR changed to in review Feb 27th 2018

Then one week before I got PPR, I experienced like 7-8 ghost updates (the first one showed up on April 7, mentioned in this thread). It was CRAZY and nerve wracking. I called on April 8. The update on April 7 is because my file has completed all checks and moved on to final review.
At last, a few hours before the PPR email, I saw the last ghost update.

I would say it's definitely a positive sigh that you saw an update. At least your application is making progress, one step closer towards PPR. If you are too anxious to wait, maybe try calling/emailing your vo office to find out your status.

can you tell what your ADR were? 9 is kinda too much.
