Ghost mails after application submitted

Dear forum members, what are the Ghost messages that applicants receive after submission of their application and what do they mean? Can we expect any changes in our applications directly after those messages? I've just received some notification on my email, checked and doesn't seem anything to have changed from the day of aor

when you get an email saying your profile has been updated and you find nothing changed such email has been referred as ghost email .... normally such email comes when som CIC officer access your profile ....and you expect some change .....

Our medicals got passed pretty quickly after we got our AOR, think it was a week after (check my signature) Nothing really changed since then though
