Ghost Email from CIC - What is going on ?

Hi guys,

I received on Sept 01 a ghost Email from CIC telling that my application had an updated.. But Still in the same..

AOR (19 Jun)

Medical Passed ( Jun 29)

Review of elig.. (In Progress) Jun 29

Background ... ( In Progress) Jun 29

Situation still the same at My cic account...

Ghost Email ( Sept 1) ... Nothing changed

PS I dont have ECAS access...( I am worried about it)

Is someone in the same situation or similar ?

Please .. if someone can say some experience , please ...

It only means that VO has opened your file and started working on it or you recently modify your profile.
This is not unusual and almost everyone experience the same thing.

This is a very good sign. It basically means someone at CIC opened your file. The way their system is configured is that an email is shot out when your file gets opened.

If you get this email and dont see any change, it means you should expect some movement with update soon. So goodluck and stay positive.
