GHANA STUDY PERMIT: PPR RECEIVED, HOW DO I SEND MY PASSPORT TO IRCC?

Hello guys, I just received my PPR kindly fill me in on the process of submitting my passport and documents to IRCC. Do I send it to DHL or VFS? Thanks

Usually you send to VFS through a courier like DHL. Since you know your VAC office, give them a ring and they'll advise you. DHL (or which courier you choose to use) can either pick up the parcel from you, or you can take it personally to any of their depot.
