i met a girl that had a 5 year ban to Canada for misrepresentation about her school and bank account. She currently still has like 4 years left. I’m a citizen in Canada and was wondering if I could marry her and bring her here? Would that change anything? Maybe thru lawyers? Or what else. Please let me know thanks you.

No. It will change nothing. The ban is absolute.

As far as I am aware, an ARC is the only realistic mitigation but I'm far from convinced that it would be successful. A remote possibility might be a Temporary Resident Permit, but again...

Thanks for your reply..this sucks as I was planning to marry her. How likely would be for her even after the 5 years if I marry her to come to Canada. I know they will make the case very hard for her to be able to get visa because she has this record.

Once the five years is over, you can certainly marry her and sponsor her for PR. Provided your relationship is genuine, she should have no issues being approved for PR. I think she will struggle to get any sort of temporary status (e.g. visitor visa, study permit) due to the misrepresentation.

Hey sorry for late reply..the girl is not currently in Canada tho..she lives in another country. She got the ban while applying for student visa to Canada. This won’t change anything correct? Same thing I need to wait the 5 year?

Yes.
