Gettng JOB through Job bank

Can someone explain that getting job through job bank is possible when we are in express entry pool ? Is this happening ?

Sadly, Job bank has been very disappointing until now (at least for me). I am a Devop working here in Canada, and my current job is likely close to Software Engineer's NOC, so I chose that and was expecting to find some jobs with LMIA through Job Bank. To my surprise the suggestions that I received were nothing even close to Software / Computers / Technical side, some of them were pretty interesting suggestions "Sous Chef", "Janitorial Supervisor", "Librarian", "some store Manager", "Barista" etc.

I'd say it would be better to come here and find a job or arrange for something else, may be ask a friend / family member living in Canada who can help you with job prospects. There might be some genuine recruiters who can hire you if you are ready to get your PR on your own. Again all this might depend on what NOC you are applying for, what are the job prospects for it, how is the labor market for it and so on.

Now my ECA is under process and I would be entering into express entry pool soon which means I could manage with my PR processes. My doubt is, when I am in express entry pool, could I get any job offer ? I dont have any family members in Canada.

Highly unlikely that you will get a job offer (for any job) prior to moving to Canada. Your best bet would be to get ITA-PPR-COPR and then leveraging your network to get some professional contacts prior to landing. Of course, if your occupation is in extremely *high* demand and if there are employers willing to sponsor LMIA then that's something else. Sorry to be bearer of bad news but that's the reality of Canadian job prospects. Best wishes to you.

You stole my words MooseNBooze. Yes he is right Manikandan, unfortunately that's how the job market here is. Like I already said, even for a person like me living in Canada, have hard time finding a job through the Job bank. The best way is to get the PR and move here to find a job that fits you through recruitment agencies / friends / other professional networks you might have. If you do not have any network here it's time you start building them, because remember you are trying to move here and it's good to have 'em I have seen so many people in and out of the forum that have found a job after landing here. I'd say, apply for PR and use the time until landing to research about your industry and find how good / bad the job prospects are, which will help you even choose the province you want to move to.
