Getting SIN at another province for provincial nominee

Hi all,
I'm got the nomination from AB and wondering if we have to apply for SIN only at the SIN office at the province where we got our nomination (AB in my case)? Is it possible to apply at Toronto for example?

if you were federal applicant than u can if u were under PNP u have to report ur designated province.
