Getting response on Webform asking for status update a positive thing or no ? Waiting since 128 days now! HELP

File Lodged : 2nd Feb 22
Biometric : 7th Feb 22
Medical : 28th Feb 22

I lodged my student visa file under SDS Category for FALL 22 intake. Its been 128 days now and I don't have my visa yet.
I raised a webform on 17th May 22 and got very generic response on 8th June 22 saying they have a lot to handle hence processing time has increased and they can't give me exact time when I will get response etc etc.

Do you think getting a response on webform is positive sign ? Shall I raise another webform?

The webform response is a standard response and unfortunately doesn't mean anything (either positive or negative).

Raising a webform will not expedite processing and there's really no point in sending another one.
