Hi. My friend came here as an international student . She finished her study 2 years ago but did not apply for the post graduation work permit because her husband was sponsoring her and she got the work permit from her spouse sponsorship application. Fast forward 2 and half years since the sponsorship took place, they were told their file transfered to local office and her work permit is expired.
Now she wants to continue education in the meantime waiting for final sponsorship result. Can she apply for Post graduation work permit after she finishes new program? ( she wants to have a plan B to stay with her family here just in case their spousal sponsorship gets rejected)
