Getting police certificate from Singapore while living overseas

This is the only part I have left and it's confusing the hell out of me. I am not a Singaporean citizen so I filled out the appeal to get a COC from SPF. I got an email today saying that my appeal has been successful, I logged in and I paid the $55 required to get the COC.

I now need to send my fingerprints to SPF. Do i use the fingerprint form linked on the official SPF website here https://www.police.gov.sg/e-services/apply/certificate-of-clearance/appeal-by-non-singapore-citizens OR can I use the FBI fingerprint form(I currently reside in the US)?

Last time, I use the general form of the finger print service provider. SPF has no issue with that. So my guess is that they will accept any form as long as it follows common practice.

hi,

U have to download the fingerprint form from their website. I would suggest you to send it to ur friend in singapore(if u have one) with valid authorization letter and submit to spf office direct to get it faster. This is suggested by an officer in spf when i got it done.\
