Getting on a MSc in IT or Comp Sci without Batchelor

Hi Everyone,
I'd like to try and do a Masters in IT or Computer Science but I don't have a BA.
I have studied IT at MSc level before, and I do have some work experience.
I started an MSc in IT 20 years ago but I dropped out. I got 75 CATS points but these aren't accepted any more because it's too long ago.
I have some work experience in IT as a programmer and developer.
Is there any institution which would accept me?
Or do I have to apply for a BA course?

I can't imagine any Canadian institution will accept you into a Masters program if you haven't completed a Bachelor first.

How hard is it to get on a BA Comp Science course?
I'm a mature student with A levels/ BA/Masters in humanities, work experience in IT but no computer science education apart from those expired CATS points.
I know I could get on an IT or Computer Science Master's course here in the UK easily, and it takes only a year - in fact there are courses which start in February, wondering if it is better to do it here or there.
