Hi to every one in this sweet forum
I landed in Canada Montreal as skiiled worker since Sept 2011 , I stayed in Canada 4 month and I used to travel from time to time, I applied for consultant graphics in big company, cause they need consultant in the middle east , the company hired me and took my social insurance and sign a contract between us and they add me in the payroll and they transfare the salary to my account in rbc bank in Canada Montreal and gave me power of authority to represent them abroad ' and print business card also.

My question if I travel out of Canada during my immigration period does it effect my counting days to apply for the citizenship as I know the law say if you are married to Canadian lady and if you got a job from Canadian sponcer it will not effect the period if you stay out of Canada

Please advice me my brothers

Only days that you physically spend in Canada count towards citizenship. So no - the days you spend traveling outside of Canada for business will not count towards citizenship.

If you were married to a Canadian citizen, then the days you spend outside of Canada with that Canadian citizen would count towards retaining your PR status. These days do not count towards citizenship.

You are misunderstanding the rule. Here's how the rule works:

If you are married to a Canadian citizen and you spend time outside of Canada with your Canadian citizen spouse, then the time you spend outside of Canada counts towards your PR residency requirement only. This time DOES NOT count towards citizenship.

If you are hired by a Canadian company for a job IN Canada and then at a later date you are transferred to a job outside of Canada, then the time you spend outside of Canada counts towards your PR residency requirement only. This time DOES NOT count towards citizenship.

During my first five years if I spnd 800 hundred days and this permit me to renew my PR

Does the other five years counting the rest of the countong days till I reach the 1095 days to apply for the citizenship

Or each five yearsmust I stay 3 yeas to apply

I'm not sure I understand your question.

The PR residency count and the citizenship residency count are completely separate. While you are a PR, you must live in Canada 730 days out of any five year period (the five years is rolling) to maintain PR. At any time while you are a PR you can apply for citizenship if you have lived in Canada for three years (1095 days) out of the last four years.
