Getting married December, can she stay? Outbound application

Hey guys,

So I'm getting married to a wonderful women in December and want to know if my spouse can stay wih me in Canada during our outbound application? We would be applying through Hong Kong as she's Taiwanese. She'll be coming here on a visitor visa in October for 3 months. Is 1 month enough time to process everything? And can she stay with me and have her visitor visa renewed?

She doesn't need a visitor visa. She can enter Canada as a visitor. The border agent will probably give her 6 months. In any case, about one month before the stay expires, she can apply to extend her stay. Usually such requests are granted, so she will probably be able to stay with you while her PR application is being processed.

She has a return ticket for 3 months after just in case... But how exactly is she able to stay after that 3 months? Is there anything special that we need to process other than the marriage outbound application through Hong Kong or?

yeah, she'll need to apply to extend her stay.

any one knows the exact address where to sent the result of police certificates from hong kong i am applying hong kong police certificates .they ask me exact address where to sent the result ...im processing a permanent visa for canada.
