Getting married before landing

Hello,
I am going to entry in Canada as Post Graduate Student by Sep 2017 with CES Visa. Length of my course is 1 year.
I submitted my application for obtaining Visa in April 2017 and until May 2017 I received Visa. However I got married at the end of May 2017.
So can i use the current visa to entry Canada? Any help or information on What should I do to help my wife obtain visa as visitor in near future?

Thanks for reply. Do i need to notify with Visa office in my country regrading changing marital status before landing Canada? What should I do to help my wife obtain visa as visitor in near future?

They shared that "When getting married, visa becomes invalid. If you land on this visa, you will be guilty of misrepresentation to immigration because you did not inform them of your wife"
How should i do?
