Hello,

-I got the CSQ (Quebec Selection Certificate) in 2012

-I got the immigrant visa stamped on my passport in 2013, but I have not landed in Quebec so far, and don't have the permanent resident card.

-I plan to get married in January

Now the specific questions,
-should my spouse and I have to go through the immigrant visa process (visa application + medicals) only, or for the CSQ?

-If we have to go through the CSQ application, do we have to go through the same process(points evaluation + interview) again? Or will it be faster process with no interviews?

Thanks in advance for answering this question.

I know nothing about quebec's guidelines, but pretty sure you need to do your landing & sponsor your wife later. You can only sponsor your spouse before they grant you the visa or after you land. You can add your spouse to your application BEFORE you get the visa, or you can apply for her sponsorship once you're a permanent resident.
