Can someone help me?
My case is that I have gotten my marriage done in court but my wedding is planned end of March. There is no proof of living together or any pictures etc. When should I notify CIC ? My case is currently IP2 and I am expecting COPR soon.
If you are married in court, then you will have your marriage certificate no?

You have to notify CIC as soon your status change. This means you need to notify right now about your marriage!

If the immigrant visa is till 15th March and one is getting married in April, what can be done?

What you mean with immigrant visa? If you are referring to COPR. You need to land first as resident and then get married.

Hi. Congratulations! I was wondering how did you submit all the requirements requested by CIC? In my case, I only got 1 slot (Application Kit) in my account. And I found it hard to compress each document and make a total file size of less than 5mb.Thanks.

Btw, here's my timeline:
Dec. 19, 2017- First PPR
Jan. 17, 2018- Got married
-Emailed CPC Ottawa about the change in my marital status
Jan. 18, 2018- Received a Request Letter in my Cic account to upload more documents
Feb. 1, 2018- Still in the process of completing all the required documents

Request them to create more slots and they will do it for you.

Guys I got PPR as single (PNP outland) on January 18. I got married on January 29 and then I notified CIC about the marriage.

Now they asked for the documents and some forms in order to add my wife to my application. The thing is that they asked for the form IMM5532 which it prompted questions as if I was a already in Canada when I am not and as if I was a already a Permananent Resident when I am not yet. That form ask questions as if my wife and I were living in diferent countries.

So I am confuse, can somebody help me?
Can u be more specific about questions that confuse u ?

I feel I should share my timeline as a silent observer on this thread.
Nov. 6th - First PPR.
Dec. 19th - Application approved.
Jan. 17th - Got married.
Jan. 19th - Request from CIC to upload spouse documents.
Jan. 27th - Uploaded spouse documents.
Feb 4th - Second PPR

Hi! Congratulations on your PPR!
How did you inform CIC about your status change? CSE?

Thanks!

How do I request them to create more slots ?
I had one slot too.
Then i sent them email regarding situation and explained the whole situation then after 4 days they created a new slot.

CathyKellyChen, the IMM5532 form is named as Relationship Information and Sponsorship.

It prompt questions like:
  1. When do you plan to return to Canada to resume residence?
  2. Where do you plan to return to Canada?
  3. The forms ask for Dates of visits like they assume we live in diferent countries.
Those are a few questions the form asked. I believe that form is applicable when one person is already a Canadian Resident and he/she is sponsoring their spouse who lives abroad. But my case is different, I jus got PPR, then got married and I am adding my wife to my application.

I wrote directly to the LVO but they never respond.

Someone I know who added her spouse one month after AOR also got this request.

Just answer the questions truthfully. Put N/A to queations not applicable to you. If you didn’t visit each other before or after the marriage, you can also explain it.
