by merging the pdfs, how will the native word fall in right place( field) where it should be added in form 5669e?
In that word document, mention you are not able to provide native script hence copying (writing) it here (last page).
It shouldn't fall in right place (field) and be attached at bottom.
Officer look whole document and he will get it.
Here is my timeline, posted in another thread:
How I added my spouse:
I did not send a CSE through the webform.
11-Dec, I wanted to pay my spouse RPRF as I only paid the processing fee. I then emailed SGVO how do I update or send the receipt, which I got a reply to upload it in my CIC account. I replied that I can’t do that since there is no placeholder and I only submitted his documents through email.
No answer, so I called IRCC that night too. I want to be certain that I can pay the RPRF even without a request, which is confirmed by the IRCC agent it’s ok to pay it as long as there is already a UCI number assigned.
The following day, 12-Jan, 11 new placeholders were added to my account, that is, one for each document in the checklist
, same checklist that I sent through SGVO email.
No point arguing, I uploaded all documents again, this time in my CIC account
17-Jan, I emailed SGVO again
I told them why the status still says “We need more additional documents...” when I have already uploaded those documents 4 days ago. Few hours later, my husband texted me that it has already been updated to “We do not additional documents.” 
Nowadays, I only get updates to my application when I call IRCC or email my VO
We almost have the same timeline, OINP too.

How I added my spouse:
A week before our wedding, I emailed
CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca to know how to add my spouse. I got a reply after 2 days that my file was already transferred to SGVO, so I emailed SGVO and got a reply the following day with a checklist of documents.
As per my timeline above, I was surprised to see my spouse’s name added with a UCI on the same day that I sent the docs.
Well, my spouse is an Indian government employee so a longer BGC for him is already expected, but still hoping to get a PPR soon

can you tell how one should combine/group upload all the documents and which all document belong to which slot?
I am asked by cic to provide the following:
1 RPRF fee
2 Recent photograph
3 Forms - IMM008, IMM5406, IMM 5669, IMM5562E
4 Documents - Spouse's birth certificate, Valid passport and Marriage certificate.
5 Police certificate
6 Principal applicant relationship Assessment questionnaire form and spouse assessment questionnaire
7 Evidence of the relationship between you and your spouse - relationship photos(wedding pics, outing etc.) and bills with your name and address.
8 Medical certificate.
Now my problem is that there are only 3 slots to upload all these and I am not sure which all document will go in which slot.
the slots are:
1. Kit, Application forms(Required) -UPLOAD- all the docs(RPRF, Photo, Forms Kits, documents(passport, marriage cert, birth cert.), police cert, assessment forms ) except evidence of relationship and medical will go here?
2. Proof of relationships(Required) - UPLOAD - Evidence of relationship(number 7) will go here?
3. Proof of medical exam(Required) - UPLOAD - only for medical(number 8)?

That seems correct.
FYI - If your documents (Place holder 1) are more than 5 MB, merge some of them to "Proof of Relationships" docs and explain in "LOE".
I have question regarding marriage. My fiancee is doing her masters in Canada. I will probably have my PR and land in Canada sometime in June. Can we get married after I receive my PR card? What changes will I have to make to my PR profile after or before marriage? How will it affect my fiancee's PR application, granted that she applies for her own PR and not as my spouse.
Thanks for responding. Yes I got married before ITA and have updated my EE Profile before getting ITA too. But there I mentioned to travel alone at that time
I uploaded spouse docs on Nov 1st/2nd to CIC account.
My spouse already have UCI (Earlier applied for Visitor Visa).Spouse added to account in 3-4 business days.
We received PPR on Dec 15th.
Finally received PPR email. For me it was very slow.
