I have a question. My employer currently got a positive LMIA and I'd like to get my work permit at one of the borders. Since I work with children, I need to do medical checK. My question is, do I need to bring a proof of medical check or something when I go to the border? Or is it fine because they are going to send the result? Thank you on advance

You need to get a medical done and then wait 2-3 weeks for it to be processed and get uploaded to the system before heading to the border to get your work permit.

Thank you for your reply! I am getting medical check done asap so I can head to the border...So I just have to bring my passport and confirmation letter for LMIA when I go to the border? Thanks again!

Generally speaking, is very difficult to get an LMIA supported job offer. Most employers aren't willing to go through the process.
