Hello Guys,

are you able to connect with agent through your call to +1-888-242-2100 from canada?

I am not getting hold of agent even when I call from Canada, Mon-Fri between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

You have to be patient. I connected to an agent after so many attempts. CSE is an other option too.

nowadays it is really hard to connect and speak with any agent. Try calling close to 4:00 pm your time. you might get lucky
