Hi,

My employer is unable to provide the duties I perform in the reference letter. Rest they are ready to provide like, my salary, title, hours of work.
Please advise if duties are important to apply.

Thanks,
Dhruv

Yes duties are most important part and you have to write it according to your NOC. However, if your employer is unable to provide. You can write all about your job(including designation, working since, different roles, duties, hours, yearly or monthly salary etc.) on e-stamp paper and get it signed from any of your supervisor or manager. The letter would look like your manager has written all info and ending would be like

Regards,
Your Manager Name
ABC company
Company address.

You also need to get it signed from your manager and provide his company ID card scan copy and business card scan (if available)

Hope this helps.
