I have been trying to get the DL extract for my Karnataka based license.
Basically I go through the Parivahan site - and the site takes me to Karanataka's DL related website and after entering the details and doing the AADHAR verification, I am being directed to payment gateway (KAJANA 2) for a payment of INR 10 - but this payment is not happening.
What is the wayaround? I dont think I can get my DL extract without this payment.
