Getting Divorse for PR holder

I am Jignesh from India, I came in Canada as International student in 2012 and got my Permanent Residency in 2015.
I went back to India to get married in November 2016,It was an arrange marriage we don't know each other before that.
My Relation with my wife was not good since beginning, She is too arrogant, Don't respect me or my family. Show me attitude all the time. At the end I would say this is a bad marriage for both of us. We were not happy for a single day.
Then I came back here in Feb 2017.I tried my best to talk to her and to sought out our problem, But no results. I started filling forms to sponsor her, I was about to apply for her permanent residency then we had a big fight over the phone, She threaten me and told me Let me come to Canada and I will show you my real colours. Her family putting pressure on me to apply for her, seems like their only motive is to send her to Canada.My mother and younger brother are back home,Father got expired couple of months before my marriage. She is living with her parent since I came to Canada.
I took advise from my family and friends, everyone told me don't apply for her immigration and ask for divorce in India.
Now I have some questions to senior member. Please help me I am very disturbed because of all this.
My Questions are:

1. If I don't sponsor her here, and start with my divorce in India, Will it affect my immigration status in any Way?
Like If she calls Canada immigration and tell them I married her and now don't want to apply for her immigration, Used her etc. Will there be any affect on my status in Canada?

2.Will my marriage Still valid in Canada?I have not updated my status anywhere like banks CRA etc. Never Register marriage in Canada but its registered in India.


3.What if she apply for student visa and comes here and claim to be my wife, Will she able to seek any financial help from me through court?

4. Do I have to apply for divorce here in Canada too? I am living in Canada now but she is living with her parents now in India?

5.If I don't apply for her application and asked for divorce, her family will false allegations on me and my family for Dowry, Domestic violence and mental harassment, Sadly that's what people do it India? Will those cases against me or my family affect my status here in Canada?

1. No.

2. Your marriage is valid in Canada, just as the divorce will be valid. You will need to declare yourself as divorced in future. You cannot pretend the marriage never happened.

3. No.

4. You don't need to apply for divorce in both countries. You must be separated for a year to apply for divorce in Canada.

5. No.

all i would say is let the situation not escalate to a point of police cases in India,, once that happens and you are charges, you will become inadmissible to Canada (even though u r PR).. and u mus declare it to IRCC before they know and deport you,, the best way is to file for divorce in India,, and have that copy (incl marriage certificate) to IRCC,, which gives you an upper hand as you demonstrated honesty with IRCC, should they file police case against you at a later date.. avoid travel to india, as long as you stay in Canada, they won't have the ability to accuse with complaints, since you are in Canadian jurisdiction, it would be tough for them to fix you,,
