Getting Certified Arrest Documents from Abroad

My father was arrested last year, released an hour later without charges, and is now applying for U.S. permanent residency. He needs certified arrest documents by February but can’t leave the U.S., and RCMP processing is slow, with Canada Post on strike. I’m in Canada, can I help speed up the process or is there another way to get the certified documents?

It can take up to 6 months for RCMP to process, you can ask them for status after 4 months of applying. They only use CP so hopefully the strike is over by then. Nothing else you can really do but wait.
