Hi There,

I have few questions regarding postal application. I paid for Purolator courier pick up and drop off but I got only my pick up label I didn’t get any drop off label. When I spoke to representative they said I need to attach cover with drop off label too. But I am not able to find that one and now no one is picking the phone from BLS. Can someone please help me with this query.

Hello,

Same here. I didn't receive the drop off label. Unable to reach BLS helpline.
And, when last time I spoke with BLS agent, he told me to attach some kind of official communication from CIC ? Didn't understand.

Kindly advise.

Hey everyone... I have a question for Indian PCC through BLS ... I’m confused as it states "Postal applications can be sent only to the Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver application Service Centers." and it also states "All Postal applications can be sent only to the Ottawa, Brampton and Vancouver application Centers." I am not even sure what it means. Should I send it to Toronto or Brampton?

Similar situation here. Booked a pickup for tomorrow morning using PickUp and DropOff ($35).
Got a pickup label but no drop off label.

Tried buying a droOff (for return label) but it said, I have already purchased "PickUp and DropOff".

Did you guys figure out if we need to buy a separate dropOff service for return label?
Or, do we just send application without dropOff label?

They will generate the dropoff label while sending you back, you just have to pay for it like you did!

I submitted PCC via postal application method, done all payments. The documents reached the Brampton center in ontario on 19th . While checking the status online it still shows No records found. Written to the customer care people but no response.Any idea how to check for the status? How long does it take to process the PCC now ? any information would be very much appreciated .

I sent my postal application to Surrey (BC). So far:

- Application Dropped at Purolator office: 5/19 (+0 day)
- Application reached BLS: 5/20 (+1 days)
- BLS notification about application received: 5/22 (+3 days)

Please guide me, Im in Toronto and would be sending postal application. BLS callcenter is not picking up calls. How do i go about sending them the post? Should i contact Purolator directly ? I tried https://www.blsindia-canada.com/vas/pickuplabel/index.php?service_id=21 but shows an error after submitting.

I used the same website. I used 3rd option. In URL you will see service_id=3.

On main page it says pick up and drop off out of province ($35). When you click on it, next page shows correct info. If you are in province then use this option. $35 covers both pick up and return.

After paying for the option you will be able to download dropoff label. There is no option to download return label. Based on forum responses, I included the payment receipt.

Purolator did not come at scheduled time, so I went and dropped the application myself.
