Getting admitted to a centennial College for master program in Finance, Help

I have never thoight if going to Canada before, but now I am into it, Got acceptance letter from centennial College, Toronto for ph Dimploma in Financial planning, but I am worried about few things
1. Will it be easy to get PR after my studies and work period, in case of studying of studying PG Diploma of 1 year in Finance because I have no other choice.
2 second, I was thinking to go to Quebac, as I wanted to learn French, but sources informed me that its not a good choice as it will difficult to find a job and even difficult to get immigrated co pare to other provinces.
Or Should I apply to a university, but its difficult to get one as its too late.
I am too confused as I don't have anyone working there in Finance field, Can anyone please guide me, even a little would be very helpful.

1) No PR is never easy but at least if you get a study visa you could maybe get a post grad work permit and move on from there. Still depends what PR visa you want to aim for though and skill set 2)Toronto probably a better choice for a finance role rather than Quebec given apart from fact it pays to probably be bilingual from the start, not mandatory but helps. Learning 'French' in Quebec would be the Québécois version of French which if you speak to actual French people is somewhat different.
