Getting a police clearance from Angola

Hi all, been requested police record check for step daughter who recently turned 18. She is living in Luanda, Angola. She got it done this week and had it translated from Portuguese to English but just found out Canadian embassy there is closed until April 24th What else can we do for authentication???

can you tell me how you got the CPP in Luanda? is it the "registo criminal" that is given in the same day, and expires in 6 months?
