Getting a Medical Request = You meet the eligibility criteria ?

Hey guys, I have a quick question. I should be getting my MR this month and I was just wondering if getting it actually means your application has been reviewed and you meet the eligibility criteria? Does any one know?

most likely. But there is no 100% guarantee

It is more like you meet the eligibility criteria of the junior VO. You will get MR also get MR if you are "Recommended Passed" in Eligibility but a senior VO will still review your file to be considered fully "Passed".
