GETING A POLICE REPORT

i;M LIVE IN SRI LANKA I MARRIED TO CANADIAN SO HAVE ALREADY APPLIED FOR THE PR I NEVER BEEN TO CANADA BEFORE MY WIFE CAME HERE AND GOT MARRIED. SINCE I HAVE PROVIDED EVERYTHING TO EMBASSY FOR PROCESS. HMM I ALREADY TAKEN LOCAL POLICE REPORT AND SEND THEM READY. MY MATTER IS BEFORE 3YEARS AGO I USED TO WORK IN SINGAPORE FOR 2YEARS.CURRENTLY I NEVER GONE THERE FOR 2 YEARS .IS IT NECESSARY A POLICE REPORT FROM SINGAPORE? FOR THE PAST TWO YEAR THE TIME I WORKED THERE. I ALREADY SUBMITTED THE LOCAL POLICE REPORT. ITS CLEAN. ONLY MATTER WITH THIS DO I DEFINITELY NEED A POLICE REPORT FROM SINGAPORE?

IF ITS LIKE THAT I CALLED ONCE TO SINGAPORE POLICE THEY SAYS THEY NEED A SPECIAL LETTER FROM EMBASSY REQUESTING A POLICE REPORT. THEY NEED ORIGINAL. EMBASSY IS SO ANNOYING THE NEVER ANSWER OR ADVICE. SO DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL EMBASSY ASK ME FOR THIS POLICE REPORT AND WAIT ?

yes you need a police report from every country you lived in 6m or more after you were 18yrs old... here's info on how to get it from singapore (i suspect you'll need to visit your local visa office in person to obtain the letter)

Thanks for your answer i understand. when i call that place in Singapore they says as you says.. hmm i guess Do i have to get approved first before i go to visa office in person and ask ? coz they probably never let us even enter they are really strict for Asians. I'm using a Representative too . he is government certified i mean Canada. He says he can provide the documents to get the Police report that what he says does it works ? do he able to give some letter to them to give me a report ?
