I have applied in December 2009 without IELTS Score. I have submitted my IELTS Score with my Full Docs. And I have calculated that my point is 66. Thanks for your concern.

Why did u submit when u can see that you with get 66 points?
u could sit for IELTS again and submit it with better score!!

There was 120 days of time barrier for the submission of full docs. I had tried my best (3 times IELTS) and my best score was 10 points. and thats why i had to submit with that score.

From your timeline it is found that you are applicant of April, 2010. Have you any update about April applicants ? It is almost 6.5 months but VO, Singapore is not doing anything with these file !!!
