Hi friends,

I got pregnant during the process of my pr under AIPP high skilled and sponsor my husband applying inside Canada. I did the blood test first but the x-ray after baby born. Now my medical is passed, but my husband was asked to do the third x-ray. Appreciate if anyone could advise what documents for baby should I submit through the WebForm? and would IRCC ask baby to do the medical? his born in Canada NovaScotia . Thanks!

Your child only needs to be stated as a dependent otherwise the child is already a Canadian and doesn’t need sponsorship. Assume you and your husband must be working and have work permits. If your husband is being asked to do another x-ray they are clearly looking to see if something has cleared up or stayed the same in his lungs. 2 x-rays are standard so a 3rd may lead to additional tests, like a CT, if they still have questions.
