AOR date - 22 August 2018
Country of Residence - Philippines
Nationality on Passport - Filipino
Date medical passed - 15 Sept 2018
ADR - None
Date of last background status change - We are processing 26 Sept 2018
Number of dependents - 0
Visa Office - Mississauga

PPR status for your stream might be received between 1 October 2018 and 6 March 2019, but most likely around 25 November 2018

Once again, because your friend is not in Canada, it may take longer than 25th November

Got a ghost update yesterday but unlike the usual pattern, no ghost update today. Is this bad?

So if you don't receive PPR by 21 January, I'd order GCMS notes and try to contact CIC. It shouldn't be too far away, yours is probably delayed because you have dependents and you aren't in Canada, so don't worry too much.
