Hi, could anybody explain what does it mean if the program is closed already? My application as per the STU-VIEW account is still under departmental review. However, on its website it says that the program is already closed. Does it mean that all the program places are filled up and that they did not continue with my application anymore? Or, they received too many applications that they closed the program already even if they are not done with the processing yet? Please enlighten me on this. Thanks.
