George Brown College - Fee Problem

Hi All,

I had applied for Information Systems & Business Analyst Program. It is a 3 Semester Program. The website shows the Tuition Fee to be around $10,757/-. I had received acceptance letter stating course duration = 3 semester & Performa Invoice is of 2 Semesters only. The total amount they have sent for the course is $12,542/-.

What is with the the 3 Semester Fee? They are cheating students?

I have written a mail to admission's office also, if you guys have anything about this than please post.

u cant say that they are cheating.

Every college website states that fees are subjected to change as the list is prepered before.
And they will not mention u the change they have made

I have also recieved admission from the same college, same course with tuition fee of 18,573, I am just waiting for them to get into office as I feel something is definitely wrong somewhere :'(

Well.. It's better you wait for their reply ...
Secondly ... There tuition fees would be 10,000 but when you got the invoice it was 12,000. Maybe they have charged 2,000 fit bus pass etc

in my case the college website shows fee as 13870$ for 1 year.
but in my fee invoice it is 13700$.
the difference is less.

but u ask them once ,what was the actual reason.

Daniall33 ~ I am actually concerned about the third semester fee which is around $6500/- that will make total fee to around $18000/-. Nothing about $2000/-.

Your fee is complete three semester fee. I am waiting for them too.

You'll have in total 5 classes in semester 3. No learning, No Classes.

They whole course is good except for the 3 semester. They are charging so much.

Hey softfuel12....Are you in GBC for T405....How many students are usually there in this course...what are the job chances after this....please suggest...I am in real confusion if I should come to Canada for this course....thanks !!!
