genric application form 0008

hi to everyone,
i have question i am canadian citizen i want to sponser my wife to canada , we have daughter together she is also canadian citizen ,in generic apllication form 0008's in question#3 what my wife needs to mention how many family memebers including her, 1, two or3 as me and our daughter are canadian citizens please anybody help i would really appreciate it.
