Generic Form - am I visitor or temporary resident?

hi guys

I am on IEC here in Canada, in all my files I am putting my current Canadian address, so who am I: visitor? or temporary resident?

What is my current country of residence? I am here officially on IEC program, so logically - currently I reside in Canada.

Applying outland. Yep, I hate this logic...

Any advices?
